REGISTRATION

MYSHA Street and Roller Hockey Registrations are widely advertised in the Township; It's each family's responsibility to arrange their schedule to attend Registration .

Registration Forms can be downloaded and printed via the Web Page "Documents" Menu Link, and will be available at the Rink during Registration. Please LEGIBLY complete all boxes on the Registration Form except the Player Evaluation box, attach payment to the completed Form, and turn it in at the Registration table.

Registration and Player Evaluations for MYSHA Hockey are conducted at the Wesley Bishop Park Rink on North Church Street in Moorestown.

There will be a brief player evaluation. For Safety and Insurance reasons complete equipment will be required: Helmet with Full Face Cage and Mouthguard, Cup, elbow Pads, Shin & Knee Pads, Hockey Gloves, and Sneakers for Street Hockey (Skates for Roller Hockey).

LATE REGISTRATION

Late Registration requests (requests received AFTER completion of the final Registration session) are NOT ACCEPTED, as Teams are formed and jerseys ordered immediately after the final Registration session.
